Bill Hecksteden joined Ditan in 2001 and is responsible for supply chain management processes,
which include the organizational planning, implementation and operational controls of efficient
forward and reverse logistics. Bill is also responsible for Ditan's business development efforts in
areas outside of home entertainment software. Prior to joining Ditan, Bill was Chief Operating Officer
for a national third-party logistics organization, and has worked for the past 20 years within the
"Hollywood Studio" genre of retail distribution opportunities. Bill attended Fairleigh Dickinson
University, where he majored in Business Administration and Economics, and began his MBA pursuit.
