Bill joined the Ditan team early in 2001 and became a working partner in 2003. Bill launched Virtual
Distribution Services, now known as the Virtual Warehouse, a service arm of Ditan that handles our
retail clientele. Since the inception of the Virtual Warehouse in May of 2001, Bill has been successful
in establishing this model as the leading expedited fulfillment retail solution in the industry.
Bill has spent the last 20 years in Executive Sales Management and Product Development for the global
logistics firms Fritz Companies (a UPS company) and LEP International (now Geo Logistics).
Mr. Pryor attended the University of Washington and holds an AA in Logistics from Green River College.
