Ron Novotny,

Ron Novotny founded Ditan in 1994 to service home entertainment software publishers, retailers, and
distributors in direct-to-store distribution services. With 15 years of finance, operations,
information systems/EDI, and retail distribution experience, Ron was a pioneer in direct-to-store
distribution for the entire home entertainment software industry. Prior to Ditan, Ron was with
Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI) as part of the National Royalty Audit Team, and Hi Tech Entertainment as
Director of Finance and Operations. He holds a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from Chadron
State College, Chadron, Nebraska.
